Use Piply in Le Chat
Le Chat supports custom MCP connectors with OAuth, which is exactly what Piply needs. After connecting and approving access, ask Le Chat to consult your course materials and save practice back into Piply. Check the references and saved result.

Account access and review
Sign-in authorizes the connection to your Piply account under the permissions you approve. Asking about one file does not restrict access to that file. Review the host’s tool controls and check generated content against your materials. Disconnecting does not retract information already sent to the host.
What you need
- An account with permission to add custom MCP connectors. In an organization, an administrator adds them; on Free, Pro and Student accounts, the account owner is the administrator.
- A Piply account (free).
Connect Piply to Le Chat
Documentation checked . Official setup documentation.
- 1 Open Connectors in Mistral's app. Its current documentation calls this product Mistral Work.
- 2 Choose + Add Connector, then Custom MCP Connector.
- 3 Use piply as the name, enter https://api.piply.ai/mcp and choose Connect.
- 4 Let the app detect OAuth, then sign in to Piply and approve access.
- 5 Use the connector in a chat and ask: What can Piply do here?
Use piply as the connector name, without spaces or special characters.
Older Le Chat screens may use different navigation. Follow the official Mistral Work connector guide linked below for the current interface.
What Le Chat can do with Piply
These tasks need a client that can call the relevant Piply tools and your approved permissions. Saving requires a course you created; shared and public courses are read-only. Ask the host to use Piply, then check its response and any saved result.
- Find source material Search course materials and request page references you can check.
- Make and save quizzes Request a quiz from selected pages, then check its questions and saved lessons in Piply.
- Save flashcards Successfully saved flashcard sets join spaced-repetition reviews in Piply. Ask the host to save the set and check its link.
- Save study resources Request study notes, mind maps, word searches or anagram games and check the saved result.
- Check review priorities Request due reviews, recorded weak topics and Piply’s suggested next study step.
- Add course materials Save text as material. File import needs a supported host attachment or upload workflow.

Can I use material in another language?
Piply returns your course material as stored. The model and account you use determine which languages it can work with.
