2. Use of the App

StudyFit provides an edtech platform that allows users to create study notes and questions, and have AI generate quizzes and games for their learning experience. You agree to use the App for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App does not violate any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may need to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.
• Not share your password or login details with anyone else.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Reuel, LLC and its licensors.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
